Follow these steps to review the properties of the open glossary and edit its comment.

Procedure

  1. Select FileGlossary Properties from the main menu or click the Glossary Properties button on the toolbar.
The Glossary Information dialog is displayed, showing the source language, the languages present, the number of terms and the glossary comment:

  2. Optionally, change the source language using the Source Language drop-down list.
The list contains the most common languages that are valid according to BCP 47. The first entry, Any Language, is a valid GlossML source language, stored with the code *all* as in the TMX standard. It means that any of the languages included in the glossary can be considered the source language.
  3. Optionally, edit the text in the Glossary Comment box.
  4. Click the Save button to store the changes.
