Password Reset

About this task

Procedure

  1. Open RemoteTM's web page using your browser.
    RemoteTM's Sign In dialog appears:

  2. Click the Reset Password link.
    The Reset Password dialog appears:

  3. Type your user name in the User Name text input.
  4. Type your email address in the Email text input.
  5. Click the Reset Password button.

Results

If your user name and email address match RemoteTM's records, a message with a custom link for resetting your password will be sent to the indicated email address.
