Remove Duplicated Units

Follow these steps to remove duplicated entries in a TMX file.

About this task

Duplicated translation units increase the size of a TMX file and slow down TM searches.

Procedure

  1. Open the TMX file that you want to modify.
  2. In main menu, select Tasks → Remove Duplicated Units.

Results

A progress dialog is displayed while duplicated units are removed. The editing window is refreshed to reflect the changes.
