Maxprograms Localization Suite bundles four of our desktop applications into a single annual subscription: Swordfish, TMXEditor, Stingray, and Anchovy. Together they cover the core of a desktop localization workflow — translating with a full-featured CAT tool, building translation memories from documents you already have, editing and maintaining TMX files, and managing terminology — under one license and one renewal date.

Each of these tools is also sold on its own, and each remains fully independent: there is no dependency between them, and no feature is exclusive to owning the bundle. The Suite exists purely to simplify licensing and lower the combined cost for anyone who already uses, or is considering, more than one of these four tools.

Bought individually, Swordfish, TMXEditor, Stingray, and Anchovy list at $388/year combined. The Localization Suite subscription is $280/year — more than a quarter off the combined price.

• Swordfish — Advanced CAT tool built on XLIFF 1.x and 2.x, with translation memory and machine translation integration, segment filtering, and support for a wide range of source document formats.
• TMXEditor — Cross-platform editor for large TMX translation memory files: edit, clean, validate, and convert TMX, with support for Excel, CSV, SDLTM, and TBX.
• Stingray — Document aligner that builds translation memories from bilingual content you already have, exporting the result as TMX for use in any CAT tool.
• Anchovy — Glossary editor and term extractor, supporting GlossML, CSV, Excel, TMX, and TBX, for building and maintaining terminology.

How licensing works

A single Localization Suite purchase issues one subscription key, shared across all four applications. Use the same key to activate Swordfish, TMXEditor, Stingray, and Anchovy, and renew all four together at the end of the subscription period.
